‘I was delighted that Trevor was able to lead a recent training day of NLP for the ten Oxfordshire Intensive Interaction Facilitators. The aim of the workshop was to increase the knowledge, skills and confidence of the participants especially as trainers and mentors of others. It was interesting to read on the feedback forms how many participants reported having more confidence and belief in themselves and how this would impact positively on their performance. For example: "as I have more belief in myself I will find it easier to pass on information". One participant commented on the usefulness to life in general: "Thank you very much for a lovely course.
