One to one consultations, face to face, are from £40 per session which will last for one hour.*

Self Development workshops are £295 for a half day, £495 for a whole day, and £1,000 for a weekend, based on 10 people. Costs for individual participants will be determined by the organiser and/or venue. Costs include materials, such as workbooks, but do not include expenses for travel or accommodation if required.

*Discounts are available for block bookings paid in advance. Some therapies are charged at a higher rate by negotiation, eg hypnotherapy for weight loss or giving up smoking.
